The Admissions Committee gives thoughtful consideration to all applicants showing the potential to meet the rigorous academic requirements for medical school. The Admissions Committee evaluates a combination of factors. The combination of factors evaluated are: undergraduate cumulative grade point average, grade point average in required pre-medical course work, advanced biology and chemistry courses, graduate level work, letters of recommendation and personal essay.
The AC (Admissions Committee) gives careful consideration of a student's work history and professional or volunteer experiences as they are believed to provide significant insight into the student's motivation.
Our AC meets once a week and applicants whose credentials are considered positively for succesful completion of the prescribed medical school curriculum will be notified by mail.
Applicants with incomplete files or whose qualifications are not acceptable will be notified by our admissions office.
