2. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of all required documents, payment of applicable fees, and completion of registration formalities. Students must maintain active enrollment to access academic resources and campus facilities.


3. Tuition and Fees

Tuition, fees, and other charges are subject to change with prior notice. Students are responsible for timely payment according to the university’s schedule. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of registration.


4. Scholarships and Financial Aid

Scholarships and financial aid are awarded based on eligibility criteria defined by the university. These are subject to renewal based on academic performance and compliance with university rules.


5. Academic Conduct

Students are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or misconduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal.


6. Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance in classes, clinical rotations, and practical sessions is mandatory. Students must adhere to schedules and actively participate in academic and clinical activities.


7. Student Code of Conduct

All students must respect campus policies, faculty, peers, and patients during clinical training. Anti-ragging, anti-harassment, and safety policies are strictly enforced.


8. Use of University Resources

University facilities, libraries, laboratories, and IT resources are provided for academic purposes. Unauthorized use, damage, or misuse may lead to disciplinary action.


9. Health and Safety

Students are responsible for maintaining personal health and adhering to safety protocols. Compliance with vaccination, medical fitness, and infection control requirements is mandatory.


10. Termination or Withdrawal

The university reserves the right to terminate enrollment for violation of policies, non-payment of fees, or failure to meet program requirements. Students may voluntarily withdraw following the official procedure.


11. Liability

The university is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal belongings on campus or during clinical rotations, except where caused by negligence of the university.


12. Amendments

St. Martinus University reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions. Students will be notified of changes and are expected to comply with updated policies.


13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Curaçao and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
