Dr. Harrie Abbas completed postgraduate training in General Surgery before transitioning to Family Medicine in the United States, where he later served as faculty, Chief of Staff, and Program Director.
During the session, students explored the critical role of preventive screening in primary care and its impact on long-term patient outcomes. The interactive discussion allowed students to engage directly with Dr. Abbas, asking questions about clinical decision-making, patient-centered care, and his unique professional journey across multiple specialties.
